Recommended for supermarket institutional and restaurant use where fast grease emulsification and lasting suds are a must. Allow pots and pans to soak for a few minutes. Hot water works better than cold.
Use at 1 - 2 oz. per 10 gallons (30 - 60 mL/38 liters) of water.
NOTE: All equipment or surfaces subject to direct contact with food should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water following use. Avoid contamination of food in the application and storage of this product.
